Threadneedle Exmoor Bed and Breakfast is set in 3 acres and is built in the style of a Devon longhouse. It has full central heating and spacious, well appointed en-suite accommodation. The bedroom, The Duck House, is individually furnished and has a hospitality tray, digital television and free Wi Fi access. Cooking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Single supplement is applicable and subject to availability.

Booking conditions and cancellation policy

Guests pay a deposit. The amount required is the total cost of their first night's stay. Deposits will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before date of arrival. We accept cheques and cash only. We have no credit card facilities and the preferred method of payment is cash.

"The Duck House" A twin bedded room. Dogs may accompany their owners (2 maximum.) This room is the site of the original building which was used by local farmers to house the ducks and geese prior to them going to market. In later years it became a laundry and sewing facility for the local parish, hence the house name "Threadneedle."

Our award winning food is served in the light and airy dining room, which overlooks the garden and surrounding fields. Menus are planned making use of local produce to create favourite regional dishes.

The generous breakfasts leave most guests replete and ready to enjoy their day exploring Exmoor. Meals are planned taking into account guests’ dietary needs.
